END OF TENANCY

WHATS INCLUDED?

KITCHEN

Clean inside and out of all cupboards and drawers. Remove all old food, carrier bags etc. and dispose of.

Make sure all crockery, cutlery and utensils are neatly stacked.

Degrease oven inside and out, polish any chrome.

Degrease extractor.

Clean and defrost refrigerator and freezer inside and out.

Wash and polish all work surfaces and de-scale and clean sink and taps.

Wash, clean and degrease and polish tiles.

Clean exterior of all appliances, inside soap drawers of washing machine and door.

Clean out filter of dishwasher.

Bins to be emptied and cleaned.

Wash and clean floors.

BATHROOMS

Bath, basin, taps, shower, screen and fittings to be de-scaled, cleaned and polished.

Toilet to be cleaned and de-scaled.

Wash, clean, de-scale and polish tiles.

All old bathroom products to be removed and disposed of.

Mirrors to be cleaned and polished.

Cupboards to be cleaned inside and out.

Floors to be washed. If carpet on the floor then this will be steam cleaned.

GENERAL

To wipe down all painted woodwork.

Vacuum, dust and polish ceilings, light fittings and shades, light switches, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround, radiators and skirting’s.

Carpets to be vacuumed and steam cleaned, unless made from seagrass.

All other flooring to be vacuumed and washed where appropriate.

All windows to be cleaned internally and externally (where possible).

Drawers, cupboards and shelves to be cleared of any rubbish.

Curtains, sofas and mattresses to be vacuumed.

All furniture to be dusted and polished.

We operate on a very strict and comprehensive selection process for all our cleaners. Our experienced management team carry out regular reviews and quality control audits to enable us to maintain the service level agreement. Our mission  is to provide unparalleled service and allow our work to exceed all expectations of professionalism, integrity, and effectiveness therefore, we require our cleaning staff to provide the following

  • Valid identification Cards

  • Work Permits

  • Proof of Address

  • Proof of employer references

Every cleaning staff goes through a formal interview process and rigorous training. 

Each new member of our cleaning team needs to pass a practical test in order to determine if she is already qualified, meets our standards, and capable to do on-site services for our huge number of satisfied clients. Upon our approval, the cleaner will be assigned immediately to one of our services available.

  • Do you provide a monthly cleaning?
    We provide regular domestic cleaning services on a weekly or fortnightly basis. A service provided less often than fortnight is regarded as a one-off deep cleaning service and we will be happy to quote you separately.
  • Will I have the same cleaner every week?
    We understand that it is preferable to have the same cleaner every week and we try our best to ensure that this is the case.
  • Can I specify the day the cleaner comes?
    We make every effort to meet the requirements of prospective clients. In most cases it is possible to specify the day your cleaner attends.
  • I have a pet, is this a problem?"
    Most of our cleaners are okay with pets, but if you have pets in your property, we need to be aware, as some of them are allergic.
  • Is ironing and washing included in the service?
    Ironing and washing are included in the regular domestic cleaning service and they do not come with an extra cost.
  • What happens if the cleaner lets us down?
    We consider every client as a valuable customer. The cleaners are vetted for reliability and we try to ensure that you are never dissatisfied, but occasionally things happen beyond our control and we may have to substitute your cleaner, temporarily or permanently. Please call us as soon as possible if you are dissatisfied and we will do our utmost to ensure the mistake is rectified and never repeated.
  • Do you have insurance?
    We arrange appropriate insurance for all professional cleaners. You will be covered for damage to your property while the cleaners work in your house.
