Bukola Adisa is the CEO and Founder of Career Masterclass. Career Masterclass was born out of a need to give back and has become the leading Career Development platform in the United Kingdom for people from a BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) background. Through the website, the online STRETCH connect community and the annual STRETCH conference, Bukola has been able to positively impact thousands of professionals, many of whom have seen tangible progress in their careers. 

 

She has won numerous awards and recognition for the work she has done and has been listed in the prestigious Powerlist, which recognises the achievements of the top 100 people of Afro-Caribbean descent in 2018, 2019 and 2020. She was also listed in the 2017 Empower Financial Times list of the top 100 BAME professionals in the UK, 2018 HERoes Financial Times list of the top 100 female role models in the UK and one of the Brummells top 30 inspirational females working in the City of London.
